Poor service from provide Fogi
Poor service through outsourced third party suppliers Fogi & their associated plumber Hutton East Plumbers & Plumbing Mecca Boksburg.
Logged "Fast track" claim for burst geyser on Thursday and will now have to wit till following Monday.
Fogi sent plumbers who cannot work with heat pump despite advising in advance

31 Jul 2020, 19:19After getting through to multiple agents to complain about bad service from Fogi and plumbers, Ntakadzeni Netshisaulu got involved, took the time to understand the problem and engage with 3rd parties to resolve. Even though 3rd parties delayed providing quotes for 2 days, she ensured they did provide so I could be paid out and use another plumber to resolve ASAP
Really appreciate the support
