Poor service from Consultant
Hello, I've been with you guys for over 3 years but every year I struggle with my consultant when it's time to renew my policy. She never responce to emails, these are the type of people that make loyal customers like me leave. Can I get another consultant to assist me as I'm still happy to be with Momentum.
