POOR SERVICE BY MOMENTUM AND THEIR PANEL BEATER

I had an accident then momentunm took my car to this panel_beater, they could not align the bumper, the light covers were not fitted properly (water leaking in ) my spot lights getting blown out, one of cooling pipes they worked scratched badly, coolant leaks. Momentum said I must take the car back to the panel-beater. I have been to the their panel beater three times, they cant fix it, the pipe I complained about just burst. WHEN I CALL MOMENTUM they say there is no one to help me at the moment, and promise to call but they never call.

I AM WONDERING IF THIS PANEL BEATER WAS AN APPROVED ONE OR COMPETENT TO WORK ON MY CAR.
