Poor Service at Alexander Forbes Insurance

The service at Alexander Forbes Insurance is extremely poor. I have been trying to call for the past 45 minutes regarding the progress on my car insurance claim without them answering the phone. The person- Ntambose Mabaso- who is supposedly handling my claim doesn’t bother to update me, let alone acknowledging my emails when trying to inquire about the progress on my claim. This is disappointing and frustrating
