poor service and incompetence

Poor service from these unprofessional people is appalling as they haven't rep**** to my car issue. It is now the second day since i last sent an email and no one has shown interest in what i am going through and yet i pay my installments monthly. The *********** agent (Triston ) and his unprofessional manager(Thato Rabi), whom i copied on the email hasn't intervened. It is really unsettling to deal with such garbage.
