Poor service and delay in payment

I was involved in an accident in June last year and I am still waiting for Alexander Forbes to make payment for the damages on behalf of their client. I have supp**** all requested documentation which was confirmed was all in order. I have been calling and emailing Gugu Msithini and Wanda to follow up and my calls and emails have not been rep**** to. I wouldn't recommend Alexander Forbes as an insurance company to anyone based on the poor service I have received. By the time I am finally paid out for the damages to my car, the cost to repair it will have gone up and I will have to pay out of my pocket to resort my car to the same condition before the accident. If anyone can assist me with who I can escate my claim to, I would greatly appreciate it.
