Poor service
Booked a take me home service. They did not show up... Had to jump through hoops of fire to get someone to talk to over the phone. Luckily I was sober so I could phone all the different numbers, be put on hold and provide all the info I had to. If I am 15 minutes late the driver can leave.... if they don't show, no repercussions.
