Hellopeter MENU Total Loss claim number: 478/713173/VD/1/OD-T A review of Alexander Forbes Insurance by Thabang on 2 Jul 2018 Like Share Comment Report Supercharge Convert Total Loss claim number: 478/713173/VD/1/OD-T I had a claim that was lodged on the 21 May 2018 after my car was involved in an accident, I have been a loyal customer with Alexander Forbes for the past 5 years and during the claim that I had in 2014 I had no challenge everything was paid for including settling the vehicle that was written off. Till thus far I have not received and feedback from the Insurance company the last time I got hold of them I was told that there is was a rejected claim that I did not declare which is not correct as I gave them the name of the person whom I took the insurance with by the name of Leticia which everything was declared to and the insurance company cannot provide telephone recording and explanation on why the previous claims were paid and not this on. The lady that is dealing with my case is very arrogant and pompous and no longer respond to my emails.
