Poor Service

I am trying to get a review on my current short term insurance policy. I told the person handling the issue that I have a comparative quote from a competitor and I sent it off to have it reviewed. The lady involved does not seem to know what she is doing, because she continuously goes on about the car insurance. IT IS NOT ABOUT THE CAR INSURANCE, IT IS ABOUT THE COMPLETE POLICY, I.E. CARS, BIKE, HOME & HOUSEHOLD. I WANT TO HAVE THAT REVIEWED BECAUSE I HAVE A CHEAPER QUOTE FROM ONE OF YOUR COMPETITORS. Can someone from Alexander Forbes please help with this matter.
