Poor service

I have submitted a claim to Alex Forbes with all the necessary documentation a month ago. I have received zero response from Tevin who I have contacted regularly to follow up. I have been told on numerous occasions that he would call me back and no such call was delivered. I am appalled at the customer service offered by Alexander Forbes and would highly recommend that alternative Insurance providers are considered when covering oneself.
