POOR SERVICE

its shocking how this company is big but for nothing. There is no management, thier call centre agents dont know where to refer when one needs help. you ask for manager details and everybody start giving excuses. you e mail them but you never get a responce. I regret the day i signed my car cover with them. I had accident and they repiared my car with some cheap panelbeaters called refineshers. after repairs where done the car was deliverd to me with missing fog light and no one was aware thou is was where it was damaged. I dealt with Bianace who after weeks of no help came across helpful howver it seesm all the same now she is at large with me still huging. my care was scretched by the repaire and they dont care, the car has noises when one drive but no one can help.
