Poor assessment and case managemenr

On the 15/01/2018 I was involved in a minor accident. My car was towed to to the nearest dealership as the tyre was damaged to badly to be repaired and the car does not come with spare wheel. Acquiring a rental vehicle was effortless and delivery was punctual. However after this it all went south. An assessor was sent out to view the vehicle and authorisation was done, but after talking to the contact person at the dealership workshop it was clear that the vehicle was not thoroughly assessed as clear body damage on a practically new car was not even noticed. The assessor came out a second time and the vehicle was only uplifted on the 30/01/2018 to the nearest authorised repair centre. As I only had a rental vehicle for 30 days, I had no transportation from the 15/02/2018 as my car was still at the repair centre. The repair centre let me know that my car is due for collection on 28/02/2018, more than six weeks after the incident. I already paid my excess and just waiting for my car to be delivered to the collection point, when the quality control manager at the repair centre let me know that there is further damage to the front left shock, knuckle and a third part I can't recall. At this point I was livid. Never in my life have I seen such ********** service. I would like this case to be investigated. Do all insurance cases of AFI need to be assessed three or more times before proper service can be delivered. This review is dated 02/03/3018, two days shy of seven weeks for minor repairs to be done and I still don't have my car
