I received my renewal docs which advised a R700 increase. I called Momentum and had the pleasure of chatting to Carli Brits. Carli was professional, polite and absolutely efficient. Within minutes, she adjusted my premium and sent me the new policy docs. Thank you Carli for your amazing customer service.
