I'm very upset we had an accident and this is week 7 without our car, everytime I phone the vehicle repair shop I need to follow up with them constantly they never phone me and keep me updated, they just tell us they waiting for parts it will come soon, this is happening for weeks now this is very disheartened please could you urgently assist in this regards

28 Apr 2021, 07:24Hi I'm still waiting for feedback from you it's over 2months and we still don't have our car back from the panel beaters this is very bad service, panel beater don't even follow up with us I have never experience anything like this, this is my 3 complaint to momentum and not even once did you phone me and ask how you can assist, please I need very urgent feedback here
