Phenomenal service received from Audrey Mabena from Claims Department

I received the best service from Audrey Mabena from the Claims department. I I called on 24 April, five minutes before 17PM, thinking that I was going to receive the worst response. Audrey was so patient and took her time to assist me. Honestly I am one of the most difficult people to deal with especially if I receive bad service and I will complain on all platforms available.
