No HELP for pensioner, after many years of being a client.

I get told that they cant give me a better premium.
I am a pensioner and not earning a salary to have my premium going up. I never got the email they say they informed me of the increase.
After being so loyal to Momentum I get a kick.
Do you realise that pensioners gave to eat and cant eat the insurance premium you hike up.
