Pauline Matshego was a cut above the rest

Pauline Matshego was a cut above the rest. She left me with a smile and I hope she has that effect on every Momentum client. I'm however unhappy with the period taken on my car's assessment after an accident whose claim was submitted on the 18th of December but to date there hasn't been a report regarding the damage and my car hasn't been repaired after a month. I'm battling with transport to work and would appreciate it if my matter is promptly resolved.
