Pathetic Service from Momentum Insurance

I'm very disappointed with the service received from Momentum, actually lack thereof. I have never had such a terrible experience with a service provider like this. With Alexander Forbes it was always professional and to the point and I never had to follow up with them on anything, but here with Momentum I must keep following up as it you guys run a Circus as to opposed to a professional service provider. I shall start repairing my property at my own costs as I cannot wait forever for a response or feedback from Momentum, you have shown me that Momentum does not care about their clients and their insured assets, the only thing your interested in is my premiums. Its been almost a month now and i have to keep calling for findout what is the status etc. Pathetic service in one the most difficult and challenging times in KZN, Durban.
