Pathetic service from management

Customer service manager does not bother to return calls. I have left many messages with Tebogo a team leader few times. Today I spoke to Zenzo and before that I had been put pillar to post. No call received. I spoke to Jame who told me his team leader will call me as yet no call received. People in senior positions do not bother about customers. Momentum does not care about customers. One will not get assistance.
