Pathetic Service

I regret ever moving over to Alexander Forbes, yes they maybe cheaper but they won't pay out. I lost my ring and my evaluation certificate was in my parents safe, when it was requested I went to my parents place to get the certificate and it was gone/******, i can't say, but it was not there anymore where I left it. Alexander forbes refuses to pay out even under all risks, the lady on the phone was arrogant the first time she contacted me and also advised that if I ever have to claim for anything I will need a slip, how on earth will I still have slips for stuff bought 5/6 years ago, I mentions this to a few people and they started laughing and said you need to move insurance companies because never ever have they heard of insurance companies looking for slips. This has been coming on for a month and a half.
