pathetic service from momentum. I had a dripping geyser. I phoned on 19/7 @9:48 explained my problem to Mpho, she said I will get 2 sms and get a call within 1hr. Only 1 sms no ref number for my query and call recd. I then called at 11:15 spoke to Thembihle, requested a team leader to call me. No one called so I called again @11:50 spoke to Wesley also requested a senior person to call me. Lesegp a teamleader called me @12:25, saying she only received msg from Wesley at 12:13. This shows the incompetency of the staff. Lesego got the ball rolling, others did not. Why Thembihle did not get a team leader to call me and why wesley took 30min to send msg. still no ref no I received. Lesego has not followed up with me as yet. This is pathetic service from momentum. people should think twice on their policy with momnetum. Never experienced such pathetic service.
