Pathetic Service.

Ridiculous Service from Siphilile Msawuni, how pathetic must you be and spiteful to just cancel a policy on the wrong date firstly and secondly be so rude after just wanting to find out about a cheaper quote, witch in any case you could not assist with. What a way to treat a good costumer that has been with the company for a year with no missed premiums or claims. Push up the premium with no real reason. Pathetic service. Would definitely start looking for a better company that threats their costumers with respect and at least try to assist.

Would not recommend this Insurance to anyone.
