Pathetic Service!!!!!

i would like to express my annoyance and frustration with poor pathetic service of Alexander Forbes is rendering. I lodge a claim as a third party on the 14 September 2015 and up until today they have not bothered to call me once or give me feedback. I have been calling from the incident happened. They don't even bother to reply to my emails. I called the Legal department and have to remain for 10 min on hold without notifying the caller.Asked to speak to the manager and advised she's in a meeting, ask for her to call me back and get told no i have to call back to speak to her she cant call me back. This is poor service and consultants should get proper training on customer service.
