Pathetic service

Probably the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with. No one gives us feedback on our claim which was supposedly finalized only to find out from the bank, that they were never paid. after 20 to 30 calls and emails to Momentum claims, no one ever gets back to us. Till now the bank is still not paid.
