PATHETIC
The worst people ever, useless actually. They have no respect for clients. If you do not call them they do not get back to you. I spoke with three ladies Tshepo, Dineo and Sylvia but none of those ladies gave me answeres. They only "follow" up once I call them. I do not know why I keep wasting money with people who clearly do not care about the well being of their clients.
I am definitely canceling my contract with this useless insurance.
