Pathetic customer service

It is so annoying to be ignored when you send a claim whereas you get a quick response for other useless queries and quotations.

I send a completed claim form to Phumi Mabuza on the 9th Jan 2010 and also sent follow emails and I even sent a complain to AF complaint department, no response still!!

What a Pathetic customer service !!
