Pathetic Client Service!

I am trying to raise a claim. Your call centre has been sending me from pillar to post, and I have been on hold for the last half hour. Everytime the switchboard lady picks up the phone and asks me for my policy number, that is as far as I have come now... It is now 33mins and counting to get someone to just register the claim... Pathetic service indeed!
