PATHETIC ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMER SERVICE

It is really sad that one has to resort to customer service websites in an effort to get a response from a company that is meant to be providing a service. I can honestly say that I have never come across a company that gives a damn about customer service the way Alex Forbes does.<br> <br> I am not going to get into the details - I know that this is the only way to get someone from Alex Forbes to contact me as I had to do this two months ago, also to get a response.<br> <br> I look forward to a call tomorrow morning!!!
