Pathetic

Good morning,

Please see email from my wife that was sent to you on Monday already. Just like your Nelspruit “branch”, we have gotten no response. Is this Alexander Forbes`s new motto now? To not care?

3 simple terms apply here:

1. POLICY CANCELATION FROM THE END OF THE MONTH AS WE ARE STILL COVERED (We got ********** by a 50% “yearly price increase” which is utter ******* as well – you don’t care)

2. FEEDBACK

3. CONFIRMATION OF CANCELATION – BOTH DEBIT ORDER AND POLICY

I also demand a refund of this “yearly price increase” of 50%. This will probably take 3 years to action from your side as well. According to your “consultant” at the Nelspruit branch, we have been notified before this 50% yearly increase. That’s utter ******* as well. Ironically Louise even confirmed that a 50% increase is way too much – this now after she sent us a notification? Your company is a JOKE and Louise likes to smoke socks.

Alex Forbes used to be great. What happened? Its not only us that’s unhappy and **********. Colleagues of mine also confirmed that some of them had incorrect triple deductions just before Christmas. My in laws have been with Forbes for 30 years but they are now so “gatvol” that they are also going to cancel and move to another company.

I don’t want any excuses. All I want is the above mentioned 3 simple terms with immediate effect and I want the yearly increase theft from your company refunded.

Just to confirm and s**** feed again:

1. Cancelation of policy with effect month end August 2016 (we have paid and got ripped for this month so I hope this counts as a payment that covers till month end)

2. Confirmation that policy is cancelled

3. Confirmation that debit order is cancelled

4. Refund procedure for your ripp off increase

Im giving you till 11 am today to respond otherwise I am going to take this higher than yourself and to social media.

You don’t care? We do care about our belongings, budget, wellbeing and peace of mind.

Thanks for nothing

Regards

Subject: Cancellation of policy

Good day,

Please cancel my policy with yourselves.

Please confirm in writing that all items on the policy will still be covered until 31/08/2016 and that my September premium will not be deducted.

Reason for cancelling: very slow service, no follow-up, promises made at inception of contract was not fulfilled, emails go unanswered. My premium was raised by almost 50% for my yearly increase – WITHOUT NOTICE. I received no answer when I queried it by email and had to phone in to follow up. I was promised an answer by Thursday afternoon, still no answer after the policy was allegedly sent to head office for an adjustment. From the start there were problems and every time there was an excuse and no attempt to rectify and after a year of struggling, we are done.

I know for a fact that others who are with you as well, dealing with Louise Nel in particular, are also cancelling. I wanted to send this to you, to give you the opportunity to rectify the problems you are having in your branch.

Kind regards,
