Overcharge on Insurance
I have received no joy from this company. This month, my premium was increased by R400 without my knowledge. I have tried to contact Charmaine Ramulu who is the consultant who I should be able to contact with all my queries but it has been over a week without any contact. I have sent an email for the explanation for the increase and I have received nothing to-date.
