Over the moon with customer service experience
I haven't had such a wonderful experience in a very long time. My customer service experience was phenomenal. Lethukuthula Duze handled my call with such enthusiasm and professionalism, she was friendly, helpful and explained the process thoroughly.
I haven't been this happy to deal with a insurance company, I think ever.
Thank you Lethukuthula, you are a true asset to the company and your friendly voice and willingness to help made my day. Keep up the work you will soon rise to new and exciting heights.
