I was assisted by Fortune Moshaba. Very Efficient, impeccable manners, sound knowledge of her Role Criteria, demonstrated warmth, understanding & articulate listening skills. Overall time frame was 50 minutes and claim was logged, captured, correspondence emailed to Me - Assessment finalised & booked for the next morning.
