Outstanding service from Tshepiso Moeketsi

I would just like to thank TSHEPO MOEKETSI from the claims department/vehicle claims.

She truly knows what customer service means and stands for. Our interaction started yesterday when I was following up on a claim I sent through last week. I called to speak to a colleague of hers as I was not receiving any feedback as to the status or progress of my claim.Her colleague was off sick, she then proceeded to say that she would be glad to assist me and asked me to send all the details I had sent to her colleague. Throughout the call she was patient and empathetic.

Upon receiving my email, she responded almost immediately acknowledging my email and also advised me what is required of me.

Today, she then again updated me on the status of my claim and where it is in the process.

If I may have lost faith in Momentum at some point in this process, it would be Tshepo that made me redeem my faith back in them.
