Outstanding service from Thulani Ngwenya at Momentum Insure.
We are very impressed with the outstanding customer service by Thulani Ngwenya, who went way beyond the call of duty to understand a very technical claim for inverter batteries. Thulani followed up with us regularly to inform us of the claim progress and then phoned us to give us the good news that Momentum would pay out for loadshedding damage to our inverter system. We can heartily recommend Momentum and it's excellent staff!
