Outstanding Service From Momentum Insurance

It’s very rare that we assign a 5 star rating to an insurance company but in this case it’s well deserved on the part of Momentum Insurance.

During the recent devastating Cape Town storms, our insured property ( a church) suffered significant damage as a result of the wind and storms and resulted in our perimeter fence being flattened.

I was filled with dread having to face the insurance company for claims purposes , thinking it would be a long and uphill battle.

However Momentum Insurance provided fantastic service from Day 1, despite some unique challenges pertaining to my claim.

In particular, I want to recognise Tiffany Janse Van Rensberg for her outstanding service, attention to detail and making sure that I was kept in the loop every step of the way regarding the claims process.

My faith in the insurance industry has been restored and I would certainly recommend Momentum Insurance for hassle free claims.
