I received excellent service from Millicent Nyathi! She was patient, professional, and funny, making my experience truly enjoyable. Despite calling to cancel my policy, she took the time to explain Momentum’s offerings, some of which I wasn’t even aware of. When the call got disconnected, she called me back—a rare and much-appreciated gesture.

Millicent’s dedication and customer service made me reconsider my decision, and she even promised to find me a better offer. Now, I’m waiting for Momentum to review my policy and get back to me.
