Outstanding service Alexander Forbes

<p>My car broke down last week at about 15h30. Within the hour, after phoning the call centre, a tow vehicle had been despatched to collect my car and it had been deposited to the garage of our choice for repairs.</p> <p>We had a follow-up call from the call centre at about 18h00 that evening to make sure everything was in order We were astounded at the amazing service given by Alexander Forbes, in particular the lady who initially assisted me - she was able to pinpoint my whereabouts and pick up the address of the garage we had selected to do the repairs. We wouldn't have had better service anywhere else in the world.</p>
