Outstanding service !!!

Outstanding service received from Prince Musa of Momentum Insure. I called in to make some adjustments and to review my sum insureds under my motor section. After querying a difference to the premium quoted over the phone versus the premium in the policy emailed to me, Prince acknowledged the error which I agreed was a genuine error and I accepted his explanation. However, Prince was extremely helpful and forthcoming. He informed his manager of the error and went the extra mile to request that management review my premiums in line with what we discussed, due to his genuine error. He was true to his word and managed to get my premiums reduced even lower than what we discussed. It's a pleasure dealing with a person with his honesty and integrity and putting the customer first.
