Today I dealt with Sershan Pillay, a total professional. Firstly I email momentum just before 8 this morning, just after 8 I received a call from Sershan with regards to my email, that's impressive. The way he dealt with the whole process was great, informative and helpful. Once the changes were made he still made time to answer questions which made me at peace with the policy.
