Outstanding Momentum, Satisfied customer

I just wanted comemnd the following people at momentum for their outstanding work and diligence to seeing to my claim. Everything was exceptional from the point of the incident taking place until the completion of the claim, i was advised and kept up to date throught the claims process. These individuals really above and beyond in their duties especially my broker Mr. Hillmy Safedien, he was with every step of the way on giving me feedback even though it was the claims department handling it. Roelien Lourens also deserves huge praise as she ensued my claim was done to the T, although we did encounter some minor hiccups due to other parties errors.

These 2 individuals went above and beyond their normal duties especially Mr. Hillmy, this type of service, where you are treated as humans and your needs are seen with no stress or worry whatsoever, I really want to thank these individuals and hope they recogonised for their outstanding work to the Momentum brand. Its through sincere employees like this that makes Momemtum stand out from the rest as i have a terrible experiance with my previous insurers. I am so happy and honoured that there people that put people first and gives them the comfort in their hard times and to have been put into contact with Mr. Hillmy and joining momentum insure.
