Outstanding and very efficient service

On the 26th of April, 2015, a driver of a white Golf GTI reversed into my vehicle crushing the whole of my left passenger door and fender. To complicate matters, the offending motorist fled from the accident scene before I could fully obtain his details. <br> I reported this incidence with SAPS the very same evening and to Momentum on the 28th of April through Kgaogelo 'KG' Masenamela.<br> KG took her time to understand the incident details. She arranged for my vehicle to be assessed the following afternoon. On the 7th of May, she contacted me to inform that authorisation for repairs had been approved. <br> Based on previous experiences, I am not exactly used to 'hustle free' and efficient processing of insurance claims hence I was hugely impressed with this level of competence from Momentum and this particular employee. I got better value of service for a smaller monthly premium than I ever got from my previous insurer despite the former service provider almost siphoning me into bankruptcy. <br> <br> Thank you KG and Momentum.
