One person, Kyle Pienaar's great contribution, making a world's difference

Every now and then, amidst bad experiences, someone appear from nowhere and blow your mind away, this with excellent, caring service. After 2 years with Momentum, I struck a bad patch, with some bad or no after sales service. My yearly policy amendment was done, but left me with more agony, than joy. After numerous emails, the assistance of 2 employees, I decided to seek alternative insurance. Having lined up a deal with Discovery for this morning, out of the blue Kyle Pienaar from Momentum, phoned me and from the word go, he was hands on, on the same page and more than willing to resolve my unhappiness. Having done so quick and effectively, he even managed to find me a better deal than before. I insisted he give me his email, as I refuse to deal with anyone else in future. I value his commitment, care and professional conduct so much, that I need others(his employer too), to take note of the major contribution he is for Momentum and help for clients. May they never overlook his friendly efforts and always value and respect him for that, as I do. Thanks Kyle Pienaar, you're my hero.
