One month to change 2 tyres

I burst 2 tyres on 05 March 2024 and the car was only assessed on 11 March 2024 (Nobody knew where the car was between the 2 periods). Then I spoke to the panelbeaters on 20 March 2024, and they said they did not have the vehicle on their records even after being told it was with them (again, nobody knew where the car was between those 2 periods). I received my car back 05 April 2024 and all that had to be done was change rims and tyres! The representatives would ignore my emails asking for an update.
