I had decided to cancel my car insurance due to my financial situation and also as a 71 year old pensioner the monthly payments of over R900,00 was not affordable. My first contact was Elouise McBride who listened to my predicament and came up with a solution. So instead of cancelling I ended up with an amount that I could afford and with her guidance, patience and good humour, I might add, we got through the process without any hiccups. Once we were done I was put through to Philisile Mkwa**** who finalised my new contract within a short time. Both ladies I dealt with were super efficient, patient, kind and friendly.
