Ombudsman failing me as the Complainant / 04.06.2024
Again Momentum is failing me as the insured also now the Ombudsman is picking sides here as Momentum had yersterday to submit their case. still nothing been submitted and now i must wait.
We still have not received a response from the participant.
After receiving the response from the participant, your matter will be allocated to an investigator who will assess the evidence to determine whether we need to investigate further or whether we are able to make a ruling. You will also be granted an opportunity to make submissions throughout the process.
We will keep you informed once same has been received.

04 Jun 2024, 12:21Yes, because Momentum used *********** assessors that was never at my vehicle delaying the process for 2 weeks. I had to show them all the faults on the report. Still you did nothing.
Benefiting out of our money tsking the debit order money for your benefit and again this month i had to pay a premium for a car i do not have anymore since the 8th of April.
Then my husband got sick you did nothing I had to borrow a car to take my husband to Unitas hospital.
