Not willing to sort out claim

This is my second report with regards to a third party claim with Alexander Forbes . After my first report they responded following protocol of course but I have to believe that they had no intention of actually sorting out this claim . It's been three months since the accident and still nothing from them .. Every week I call they tell me I must wait another week and it's going on like this . As far as Iam concerned this is an injustice and it seems there's no consequences for these corporate companies ..
