Not Trustworthy and far from helpful

I was insure with Momentum for about 2 years before I had my first claim. Everything was fine up until this point. Unfortunately, I then had two additional claims. Momentum then decided to cancel my policy with them as they deemed me to be too risky.

Since the cancelation it has been an utter nightmare to source alternate insurance. I am being charged ridiculous premiums by other insurers as Momentum does not know how to adequately manage their risk profiles.

When I tried to resolve the matter with the insurer they refused to assist me or try and resolve the matter amicably.

I do not recommend this insurer to anyone. They will gladly take your premiums but at the first sight of trouble they will drop you like a hot potato. The worst this I ever did was signing up with Momentum, 3 years later and I still sorely regret the decision.
