Not paying for full damages on a claim

So when you're in a motor accident be sure to check and list every little scratch and dent because Momentum together with their assesors will quickly tell you what is not incident related even when it's clear as day the damage was incident realted and I overlooked it & they will fix damages around certain damages, very nice of you to selectively authorize repairs because I didn't list EVERY LITTLE SCRATCH & DENT! I will be cancelling my insurance with you today, dear Batsetsana made me call 3 times to follow up, they don't even have the decency to call you back to tell you to **** off, you have to call them. I have had better service, with Dial direct & Outsurance, a bit more expensive but I guess you really get what you pay for! In order to save the money I waste on you to pay for my own damages and get a crystal ball, same like the one you and your blind %^&%^&*%&^% ass Assesor Wayne Daames uses to see what really happened, I will be cancelling today and reversing my debit order!!!
