Not paying Claim

<p>I got an accident during the night where my car was damaged.The panel bitter Renew-IT 's assessor assessed my car and provide me with the quote.Alexandra Forbs 's assessor assessed the car as well.But my insurnace assessor didnt approve all damages caused during the accident.They didnt paint all the scatches and fix the side step of my Isuzu .When i asked why they resued to fix the car ,they said i didnt menstioned that the car was damaged on those places even though they can see that it is part of the accdient.Me as a client im not the assessor and im not trained to be an assessor who can tell the insurance all sections of tghe car where there is damage.Futhermore they ignore the fact that i told i got the accident during the night and the car was towered on the same night,and since then i never saw my car during the day.Then how can you expect me to see all damages on the car during the night at dark,even their assessor cannot see all the damages during the night.Their consultant Portia is so arrogant and dont know how to speak to client at all,wonder a poor customer service.If your insurring with Alexandra forbes ,know that you will be your own assessor and when you report you should be at stage where you can see all the damages including mechanical damages.How can on this earth be able to do that if you will be in pains and crying,more worse than that if the accident happens at night.Now i will take the legal actions to have my car fixed.</p>
