not happy with service i received

i was involved in a car car accident wen de car hit me frm behind my car was taken to summit auto body makhado it took 3 month waitin fit my car to b back wen i went n collect it de front bumber was nt painted y asked y de said insurance refuse csuse it was not part of the accident even de left rear lamp was nt changed n is damanged .accesss i knw i hv to pay 2500 and i happened to b payin 8000 pls help me
